Our customer service representatives and service technicians are all employed by local people who live and play where you do.

Bright House Networks also owns and operates two 24-hour local news operations; Central Florida News 13 serving the Orlando area, and Bay News 9 serving the Tampa Bay area. Recently, Bright House Sports Network became available and provides local sports coverage for Tampa Bay and Orlando.
