Easy Gadget Features

Whether you’re at work, the airport or at home, with Bright House Networks Easy Gadget, you can:

• Remotely program your DVR to record TV shows using the Easy Gadget mobile app (requires Bright House Networks DVR service).

• See who’s calling your home phone right from your computer screen with Caller ID on PC, customized by you with unique pictures and ringtones for each caller, anywhere, anytime. Plus, receive the same call alerts right on your mobile phone with Caller ID on Mobile.    
• Listen to your Voice Mail on your computer wherever you are. With visual Voice Mail, you can see all of your stored Voice Mail messages and listen to the messages in any order your choose.
• Send text messages from your computer to your friends’ and colleagues’ mobile phones you have identified in your contacts.
• Keep in touch with family, friends, customers, and important contacts through an online call history that lets you create and edit contacts, and respond to recent calls by calling or texting with the click of a mouse. You can now delete calls from your Recent Calls List.
• Search for a Business or Person’s phone number and address from your desktop; then click-to-call a listing, add a listing to your contacts and even get directions.
• Remotely forward your Home Phone to any other phone right from your PC.
• Personalize how you want to use Easy Gadget features, including displaying Caller ID alerts, starting and logging into Easy Gadget and selecting a default ringtone for Caller ID alerts. Now you can configure easy gadget to minimize to just your system tray which frees up your taskbar.

Download Easy Gadget for the PC and Mac

Just register for a My Services account and download the easy gadget application to your desktop. This My Services account is the same account you use to access your Home Phone call details and Voice Mail. Follow these easy steps:

1. To register for a My Services account, click the button below and follow the directions. You will need your account number and customer code which can be found on your monthly statement.
2. If you already have a My Services account, click on the button below to log in and download Easy Gadget. For more information on Easy Gadget, download the Getting Started Guide or view the FAQs.

QUICK TIP: Your login for Easy Gadget is the same username and password used for "My Services", which gives you access to your Home Phone call details and Voice Mail.

NOTE: This is not the same login you use for viewing or paying your bill online.

Download Easy Gadget app for iPhone and Android phones

Stay connected to your Bright House Home Phone with the Easy Gadget app for Android phones, the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The Easy Gadget mobile app is fully compatible with the Easy Gadget app for Windows PC and Macintosh computers with the same phone management features, contacts, calling and voice mail services. Enter “BHN Easy Gadget” or “Bright House Networks” in the Search field on the iTunes App Store or Google Play/Android Market and use your Bright House My Services login.
