  • Download the new Easy Gadget, available for select Apple® and Android™ devices, PC and MAC.
  • Make sure you have a free My Services login.
  • Connect to the Internet.

Easy Gadget Features

Depending on how you connect to the new Easy Gadget—from your tablet, PC, MAC or smartphone—you’ll now enjoy some of the following great features:

  • New two-way, free, unlimited text messaging lets you text all mobile phones throughout the US from your home phone number via select wireless devices, laptops, and MACs—no text messaging plan required!
  • Use Easy Gadget to easily access apps and websites from your select Apple and Android devices including:
  • Caller ID to mobile text notifications now supports notifications to two mobile phone numbers
  • See who’s calling your home with customized Caller ID.
  • Receive the same call alerts right on your mobile phone with Caller ID on Mobile.
  • Listen to your Bright House Networks Voice Mail from your computer anywhere.
  • Visual Voice Mail lets you see all of your stored Voice Mail messages and listen to the messages in any order your choose from your select Apple and Android devices, PCs and MAC.
  • Search for a Business phone number and address from your desktop; then click-to-call a listing, add a listing to your contacts and even get directions.
  • Online call history lets you create and edit contacts, and respond to recent calls by calling or texting with the click of a mouse.
