Bright House Networks announced that is has launched Disney Junior, a 24 hour channel targeted to children ages two to seven, their parents and caregivers. Disney Junior is available in standard definition locally on channel 179 and in high definition on channel 1106.
Disney Junior showcases classic and new Disney characters and stories and embraces the same magical storytelling with heart that generations of fans have come to know and love from Disney Parks and Disney movies. The channel features the new original series “Doc McStuffins,” as well as favorites such as “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” and “Jake and the Never Land Pirates.”
Plus, “The Magical World of Disney Junior” Movie Slate debuts with “Toy Story 2,” “Beauty and the Beast” and “The Princess and the Frog.” A bedtime block winds down the day with “Guess How Much I Love You,” “Gaspard & Lisa” and short form series “Quiet Is.”
